Everybody in this world desire to live in a healthy way. So they need to have healthy mind.
According to the desire there are many ways to get into the healthy mind.
First, we should recognize the mistakes which we do in our life ( waking up late in the morning, unhealthy food habits, troubling our own mind with negative thoughts, being lazy, quickly giving up etc...)
