  •  Everybody in this world desire to live in a healthy way. So they need to have healthy mind.
  • According to the desire there are many ways to get into the healthy mind.
  • First, we should recognize the mistakes which we do in our life ( waking up late in the morning, unhealthy food habits, troubling our own mind with negative thoughts, being lazy, quickly giving up etc...)

  • These mistakes lead to a unhealthy mind.
  •  Doing mistakes is fine but being in the same mistakes and destroying the life is not going to make you live your desired life.
  • So, we always try to change are lifestyle patterns and get rid from the mistakes we do.
  • Convert all the negativity to positivity in your mind.

  • In all bad situation try to find good in that so, it can lead to have a positive mind.

  • Be mindful
    (  Mindfulness is the ability to avoid distraction and focus only on what you are doing)

  •  Engage yourself in all the righteous work.   

  • Get plenty of sleep.

  • Don't become overwhelmed by emotions such as anger, fear, love, jealousy, guilt etc...

  • Always feel good about yourself.
